Job description

Responsibilities:

This individual is a leader within the Human Resources team and has responsibility for the WaterCo business unit across the functions of recruiting, training, onboarding, organizational development, employee relations, leadership development and general compensation and benefit support. This role will partner with managers and employees to provide HR support to our remote sites in states across the US.

Specific Job Function:

* Build partnership with management and coach them on talent management and general employee relations items to increase leadership capabilities
* Facilitate the WaterCo Talent Review Process and drive the subsequent action plans to ensure our talent strategies are aligned with operational goals
* Identify opportunities for the implementation of programs, policies and procedures
* Drive HR initiatives such as performance appraisal process, roll out of employee resource groups and engagement surveys and action plans within the WaterCo business unit as project lead
* Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase retention
* Provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures, employee relation concerns, and employee development needs
* Partner with Recruiting Manager and local managers in the full cycle recruiting and onboarding process
* Train and drive use of Culligan Interview Process with managers as applicable for roles across the organization
* Conduct interviews and debrief sessions for candidate feedback
* Continually evaluate and enhance the tools, systems and process for attracting and retaining talent for the WaterCo team
* Maintain benchmark of compensation in the labor market and identify ways to remain competitive

* Ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures and act as the subject matter expert on compliance with regards to state-specific employment laws and regulations
* Support the ongoing roll-out of Culligan University training pillars and annual compliance-related trainings
* Expected travel: 25%

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in related field
* 5-10 years of Human Resource experience
* 2+ years of previous management experience
* Experience supporting multi-location business units
* Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations
* Experience with Microsoft office applications, LMS, ATS and HRIS, preferably UltiPro
