Burger King Team Lead. Must be available 2PM - 10PM 7 days a week. $13.00 - $15.00 an hour to start.

As a Burger King Team Lead, you will play a key role in our mission to be the friendliest and cleanest truck stop chain in the United States. This will include delighting our guests by providing them with fast, high-quality food and by giving them the most helpful and professional customer service possible.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Greets and takes care of customers and ensures that team members are professional and courteous to everyone, even during peak rush periods.
  • Resolves each individual situation differently and accordingly by acknowledging the issue, apologizing for it, and acting promptly to resolve it to the customers complete satisfaction.
  • Ensures proper storage and rotating of stock.
  • Adheres to all health code policies, including proper food safety and food temperatures.
  • Ensure all shipments are put away timely.
  • Assists employees with their service in keeping the fast food area clean, seeing to customer's needs, and cashing out customers when possible.
  • Treats all employees professionally and with respect.
  • Monitors the quick service restaurant kitchen for cleanliness and health and safety practices.
  • Assists cooks when needed with food preparation.
  • Shows employees and customer's that you care and encourage employees to build rapport with both customers and employees alike.
  • Asks for feedback and giving feedback to employees.
  • Assists with turning in required paperwork on time whether it is weekly numbers, monthly numbers, hiring paperwork, or government paperwork.
  • Ensures that each employee is treated fairly and following Sapp Bros., Inc. and Franchise policies/ procedures.
  • Follows all policies/procedures and guidelines set forth by Sapp Bros Inc. and Franchise Corporation.
  • Follows all cash procedures for accurate and secure handling.

As a Burger King Team Lead, you must be reliable and hard working with a positive and friendly attitude. It is also important that you maintain a professional image at all times.

Additional qualifications for the position include:

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Previous supervisory experience with the food industry, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hospitality role.
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Previous experience with Aloha point of service system is a plus.
  • Good references and good work ethic.
