The Customer Service Manager provides leadership to the Customer Service team that optimizes internal and external communication, order fulfillment execution, and enhances customer satisfaction while meeting ITW Zip-Pak objectives. The position spans across all North America accounts and will focus on utilizing ITW Toolbox business principles of 80/20 and simplification to achieve results. Manager shall support Food Safety Culture activities within the organization in support of Food Safety Management System in accordance with the Food Safety Code for Manufacture of Food Packaging. Manager shall be made aware of and support Australias National Heavy Vehicle Legislation-Chain of Responsibility (CoR) where designated applicable to this position within the COR Program for Zip-Pak support of Australias CoR Legislation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Training and coaching customer service team to achieve high performance.

Establishing customer service metrics, monitoring, and analyzing results and implementing changes.

Monitoring, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions.

Developing, reviewing, maintaining, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Determining customer service requirements by benchmarking best practices by analyzing information and applications and implementing change.

Maintaining and establishing customer pricing and contracts.

Team with manufacturing to implement strategies for 80/20, margin improvement, and PLS.

Partner with the commercial team to support and implement growth strategies.
