Description
Customer Service professionals build on a customer-centric service strategy to deliver foundational organization, business process, and technology capabilities required to deliver an optimal customer service.Customer Service Operations professionals define a common framework and business capability for the management of customer-centric metrics. It includes an analytics driven scorecard, reporting and measurement technology, governance and organization model.

ABS-Core Banking professionals apply the organizations Offering and Asset Lifecycle Management principles, tools and techniques to produce, manage, market and sell the organizations Assets and Offerings to both clients and internal organizational teams.

In this role, you will be expected to work seamlessly with the organization team members and our clients' own resources to ensure that the Branch Sales & Service solution solution implemented will address their business needs.Typically you will use your experience to. Lead engagement teams to deliver leading branch, sales & service and distribution solutions to our clients: Analyze existing client Branch & Distribution Network capabilities and organizational needs (including other physical distribution channels like mobile, sales force, ATM and others). Identify opportunities for improvement to existing Branch offerings.Design best practice branch principles and solutions (operating models, processes, human performance, systems). Improve operational performance in branch networks across a number of areas including process, organization,people and technology. Conduct value and impact analysis of proposed changes to the client's branch distribution environments. Conduct business diagnostics to help clients establish industry leading branch network solutions.Develop thoughtful and innovative strategies to improve customer experience, increase revenue generation, and reduce operational costs across various customer segments in the branch and physical distribution network and channel integration. Perform/interpret metrics and analysis to identify opportunities and provide business justifications for clients to Define to-be organization processes, capabilities, application of key technologies, and performance measurements/KPIs. Develop implementation plans for proposed projects, including timelines, resource requirements and cost estimates. Transform client vision into concrete business requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
Please do not apply if you don't have the basic requirements and preferred Skills

  • Minimum of 7 years of Branch, Physical Channel, ATM, or contact center experience
  • Minimum of 4 years working in the Financial Service Industry business knowledge (Banking, Card Service, Insurance and Wealth Management)
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience using branch user applications such as CRM, policy/account, and teller systems
  • Assist with internal development of branch & distribution network transformation best practice and assets
  • Actively pursue project opportunities and cultivate client relationships
  • Contribute to thought capital development

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in effectively leading diverse teams
  • Data Analysis and reporting
  • Project Management

Professional Skill Requirement:

  • Must be considered a self-starter
  • Must be capable of working independently as well as supervising teams of 5-10 resources
  • Must be capable of setting expectations with clients and supervisors
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment

Pay: $160,000.00 per year
