Available Position: We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies. Senior Financial Analysts are thought-leaders who provide support and guidance to a variety of personnel including other analysts, middle-and upper-management within our client companies, and internally within AG. They will lead client and internal teams to drive projects from start to completion and serve as our primary liaison to our clients over the course of an engagement.

Projects & Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and execute the daily accounting and finance responsibilities at our clients, especially core accounting functions like AR, AP, and month-end close (MEC)
• Analyzing, developing, and working with client teams to implement financial and operational infrastructure for clients
• Managing and executing project work deliverables, including qualitative and quantitative tasks and analytics to accelerate revenue growth and profitability
• Creation of monthly reporting packages, cash flow forecasts, and documentation of key processes and controls
• Maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product
• Directly managing projects to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
• Assessing and tackling project issues as they arise in a logical, data-driven manner
• Providing real-time feedback and updates to project teams and clients on a routine basis

Ideal candidates have a strong background in accounting and finance, including reporting of key financial metrics and a foundational understanding of GAAP. In addition, many projects touch almost every aspect of a company's operations, including corporate strategy, IT, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources. Candidates are logical, creative, process-driven autonomous specialists responsible for the design and implementation of key systems and processes that founders and leadership teams will rely upon to run their companies. Senior Financial Analysts may also support internal firm initiatives including recruiting, delivery operations, business development, and preparation of materials for client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of experience required, ideally in consulting or audit
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
• CPA Preferred
• Strong grasp of foundational finance and accounting reporting best practices required
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
• Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Effective verbal and written communicator
• Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, preferably with growth companies
• Proven experience in managing client service teams and client relationships
• Able to work effectively both in a team environment and independently under tight deadlines and pressure
