Administrative Assistant

Part-Time 30 Hours in Mokena, IL

As an Administrative Assistant you will be an integral part of our customer service commitment, with a key role in organization and support within our team-based culture.

We are the premier supplier of architectural windows and doors in the Midwest with a beautiful new office in Mokena, IL. We enjoy helping our clients create living art that's unique to their vision by specializing in custom window and door designs for both commercial and residential properties.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

· Computer and server maintenance with IT Subcontractor

· Email correspondence

· Answering Phones

· Office organization

· Kitchen upkeep

· Maintain website inquiries

· Assist with Marketing and CRM as requested

· Office and showroom equipment/supply ordering

· Printer Room maintenance

· Mail, Fed ex, UPS and filing

· Monthly sales and project calendar

· Mailings-binders, folders, stickers, and similar

· Co-Op Programs with all products.

· Social Media and marketing asst.

· Participation is weekly Division and Progress mtgs.

· Making travel arrangements as needed of Management, Sales and PM's

· Maintaining Sample log

· Asst. to the President and CFO -organizational tasks as needed

Knowledge and skills for Success:

· Computer and equipment skills: Microsoft Office and Email/Internet copiers and scanners

· Must enjoy working with people in a friendly and confident manner

· Excellent communication skills

· Comfortable in a high-energy busy office environment
