Job Purpose: This position is responsible for leading the development of functional and non-functional business requirements; working with the Business Solutions Lead to understand business strategy and translate into product requirement.
Job Responsibilities:*Lead a team of other analysts in business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
*Assist in coordinating and leading activities with product owners to gather requirements.
*Document detailed functional and non-functional requirements
*Use requirements management tools and techniques such as Use Cases, Data Matrix, Process Flow Diagrams, JIRA, etc.
*Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
Required Job Qualifications:
*Bachelor Degree and 2 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience.
*1 year experience leading projects
*Knowledge of system architecture and application portfolio.
*Knowledge of requirements management and/or prototyping (ALM, Jira, RallyDev, Balsamiq, iRise).
*Experience with ETL concepts and technology
*Experience with data query tools to perform data analysis and validation
*Advanced negotiation skills
*Business acumen.
*Project management skills
*Requirements definition and management.
*Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
*Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
*Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities, as applicable.
*Written and verbal communications
Preferred Job Qualifications: *Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology
*Business process management and modeling.*Experience with Claims
*Experience working in Healthcare industry
