The Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) Administration Process Leader role provides the GPO management teams the business intelligence and analytical support needed to maximize the results of their commercial teams.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Core role is data reporting and analysis (70-80%) and Strategic Process Improvement (20-30%)
- Experience with Process Improvement, influencing stakeholders, and project management.
- Drive process simplification, continuous improvement while tracking rebates and administration fees.
- Calculation of qualified rebates and GPO administration fees
- Track analytics on group-buys and customer initiatives
- Proactive analytics on contract performance and compliance
- GPO Client Quarterly Performance analytics
- Analytic support needed for RFP/RFI submissions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Management, Marketing, Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 yrs of experience in an analytical leadership role, encompassing Operations and/or Finance.
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives in cross-functional setting
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; experience with financial reporting and analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of problems, generate and evaluate creative solutions, implement fact-based resolutions quickly and effectively.
- Proven strong Computer skills: Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated record of meeting commitments and delivering results.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and through high number of details.
