Job description

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with the Global Enterprise Segment (GES) Central Area Sales Leadership team, GES field sellers, GES Operations team, as well as representatives from Finance and other functions across the business.

You are responsible for working with the Global Enterprise Segment Strategy and Planning Leader to support multiple initiatives across the Area.

Your Responsibilities

• You will engage with cross-functional leaders (OD, Architecture, Services and Manager level)

• You will provide data analysis and information required for multiple initiatives, provide weekly headcount reporting and run reports from multiple systems and assist in administrative duties

• You will be creating operational processes to handle and govern projects, metrics & key initiatives.

• You will create and handle effective communications and process to align efforts to decisions and expected outcomes.

• You will drive planning to success within committed timeline which includes defining roadmap, facilitating decision-making on priorities and planning organizational change

• You will ensure consistent reporting across all operations within the Area

Who You Are

Our minimum requirements for this role:

5+ year's experience in Sales Operation, Sales Analytics, or Finance with a focus on Sales

Typically requires BA/BS degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, or Finance plus 5+ years of related work experience.
