Booksy is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join the product team and help shape unique, user-centric software and experiences. At Booksy we work on mobile and desktop apps that thousands of our clients use every day. Your responsibilities:

* Developing a thorough understanding of the whole Booksy apps ecosystem (Client and Business apps, web and mobile)
* Working closely with our B2B clients, the UX team, Product Owners and other stakeholders to elicit, document and validate our clients requirements
* Drawing conclusions and suggesting changes in existing IT systems
* Creating new as well as revising and maintaining existing software specifications and other documentation
* Supporting Product Owners, the UX team and other stakeholders in the decision-making process related to product design and development
* Diagnosing differences between specifications and implementation
* Checking all documentation types (requirements, specifications, user docs, UI copy etc.) for consistency and accuracy
* Seeking opportunities for the development of the IT BA and documentation area in Booksy
* Other related ad hoc tasks

Requirements

* Experience in IT business analysis
* Ability to analyze and describe complex problems and processes
* Knowledge of IT analysis techniques, methods and best practices
* Exceptional conceptual thinking skills
* Extremely high attention to detail
* Great teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
* Multitasking and proactive approach
* Ability to work under pressure and timely implementation of tasks
* Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills

Nice to have:

* Knowledge of / experience / interest in the hair & beauty industry would be a strong asset!
* UML and/or BPMN
* Knowledge of marketplace, SaaS, POS software solutions
* Jira, Confluence
