Job description

Responsibilities: Execute multiple campaigns utilizing Unica campaign management tools. Gather requirements, develop campaigns, obtain solutions document requirements sign off, interface with business partners from different channels of the campaign Actively monitor campaign performance. The individual will provide "value-added" insights in the form of analysis, interpretation and advice of campaign reporting. Create reports and presentations for senior management to support campaign strategy and provide ongoing recommendations. Perform pre & post campaign analysis to help drive strategy and execution of future programs Supplement campaign metrics with additional demographic, geographic, and behavioral insights. Analyze performance of test variants. Analyze and QC campaign selects performed by other team members or vendors. Ensure that all processes are followed and layouts are correct before the campaign goes out. Update core KPI reports with metrics such as channel's incremental revenue. Leverage SQL database to conduct more in-depth demographic and user behaviors to inform future audience targeting. Maintain and create dashboards with customer metrics and core KPI data. Continually look for ways to improve analytics processes and deliverables Ensure data integrity by leveraging proven methodologies, including data reconciliation, data integration and data audits Conduct special project analyses for CRM and Loyalty insights. Produce menu of targeting criteria for marketing channels including Direct mail, email, Social, Digital, etc. Work Experience and education requirements Education and Experience BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred 3+ years of professional experience in a business analyst/data analyst/statistical analyst role 2 years' experience with Unica campaign. Medium to advanced SQL proficiency. Must be able to design complicated subqueries against large databases. Must be able to decipher another analyst's code and modify quickly. Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau to design and maintain dashboards. Construct business KPIs by exploring the data, determine anomalies/exceptions in the data. Experience working with business stakeholders to bridge the gap between the data and the business use cases. Familiarity with direct marketing principles (Predictive Models, Experiment Design, A/B testing, Sample Size calculations, Net Performance Measurements, etc.) Experience mining data from multiple sources and combining into single data set required Knowledge of integration concepts as they relate to sourcing data from disparate sources. Knowledge of databases and data structures; knowledge of vendors and file format requirements. Knowledge of industry standard and best practices for digital and direct marketing contact management.
