Position Summary:

As a reflection of our continued growth we have an opportunity to join our team as a Campus Recruiter, helping to source, recruit, and run our Fellowship program for providers. This role can sit in NY, OH, MI, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Works with hiring managers to assess needs, confirms job openings and develops a recruitment plan
  • Manage the provider fellowship program and achieve 3 classes per year
  • Work closely with the Fellowship Director, Lead Fellowship Providers, and teams
  • Maintains strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring partnerships, keeps lines of communication open and reports on the status of the interview and selection process
  • Posts job openings and sources valid candidates for open positions, using recruiting resources, networking and social media sites
  • Develops relationships with area colleges/universities and attends job fairs to build brand recognition and maintain candidate flow
  • Reviews resumes to determine candidate job fit, completes phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring managers
  • Manages the candidate selection/interview process, including scheduling onsite interviews and shadowing
  • Assists the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection
  • Manages the offer and negotiation process
  • Keeps abreast of the healthcare job market and developing trends
  • Works according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization
  • Suggests new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies and strategies
  • Creates sourcing strategies and executes those strategies

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with full cycle healthcare recruitment, in a high volume, fast paced setting
  • Campus recruitment experience required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong computer skills-MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system
  • Extensive experience sourcing on tools such as: Indeed, LinkedIn, Careerbuilder, etc
