Aon Is Looking for a Senior Consultant for the Lender Insurance Advisory Practice

Aon Global Risk Consulting, Lender Insurance Advisory (LIA) is searching for a Risk Management professional to join its team as Project Manager. This person will be an integral part of our consulting practice, working with the U.S. Director to lead projects and consultants, client accounts, develop strategy and marketing Aons LIA practice. LIA works with Aon colleagues across the globe to develop and deliver solutions to advise clients on sophisticated issues and to gain the confidence of both clients and the Aon network.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of proven experience in risk management and insurance roles. You bring experience in risk management and technical insurance; contractual terms and conditions; and strong appreciation of broad risk transfer methods and analytics. Key responsibility is to ensure that clients expectations are consistently met.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs
• Lead and support other consultants in the practice
• Present reports and findings to clients
• Establish relationships with Aon consultants, account executives, and producers
• Assist with strategy and planning
• Develop specific areas of knowledge and expertise

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise:

• Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience in corporate risk management, risk and insurance consulting, commercial insurance brokerage, or a related field
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in risk management, finance, business, law, or equivalent; MBA or other advanced degree a plus; CPCU, ARM, other risk management or insurance designations a plus
• Proven ability to run multiple concurrent priorities
• Strong understanding of the risk management and insurance business; detailed knowledge of contractual risk transfer and insurance requirements
• Strong ability to write custom reports and communicate results of risk consulting projects
• Dedication to client service, business ethics, and continued learning.
