Job Title: Field Security Supervisor
Location: Chicago, IL
Environments: Varies

Shift: Swing Shift. Saturday & Sunday 7am - 3pm; Monday 11pm - 7am; Wednesday & Thursday 3pm - 11pm
Pay Rate: $19.00 / hr.
Resume required.
Previous security experience required.
Must have minimum 1 year of Supervisor experience in security industry.
Must have clean driving record and valid driver license.
Must have own reliable vehicle.

General Job Functions: Manage assigned client accounts, perform site inspections, work at client sites when needed, and other duties as assigned

JOB DESCRIPTION
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Provide excellent customer service to our clients
Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
Respond quickly to critical situations
Reviewing and writing detailed reports
Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
Help manage client accounts
Work at client sites when needed
Supervise & manage employees at assigned client sites
Assist with payroll when assigned
Maintain a healthy, professional relationship with our client at the assigned site
100% of shifts covered by qualified personnel at all accounts during the responsible shift
Personnel inspections and training of personnel to all accounts during the responsible shift
Become proficient in all company software systems

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
Open availability to work different shift days and hours
Reliable transportation
Must have a valid driver's license
Clean motor vehicle driving record
Ability to read and write detailed reports
Computer skills
Customer service skills
Communication skills
Phone skills
Stable work history
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time
Required Experience Specific to this Position:
1 year of prior supervisory experience in one of the following: security, military, law enforcement, corrections
or
1 year of general security experience and 1 year of supervisory experience from another industry

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
Authorized to work in the United States
