Job description

The Global Talent Coordinator will work in the Global Talent Team.

Generalist HR

    • Handle HR paperwork such as offer letters, transfer documents, salary and department changes, etc.
    • Enter employee information into the HR database (PeopleSoft)
    • Administer and process all performance review increases/promotions and bonuses
    • Partner with local HR across the globe to ensure paperwork and administration of employee moves and hires is completed
    • Assist with offboarding process
    • Ensure local office compliance with state and federal laws
    • Support operational and administrative recruitment efforts
    • Assist with new hire onboarding
    • Process new hire documents including freelancer and independent contractor agreements
    • Analyze HR reports
    • Assists with all HR processes
    • Troubleshoot as needed
    • Special projects as needed


Basic Qualifications:
    • A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to work effectively with a variety of teams and leaders
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to fulfill project execution and follow-up, balance multiple priorities and work under pressure within established time constraints
    • Ability to solve problems and quickly respond to inquiries with sound judgment
    • Strong attention to detail


Preferred Qualifications:
    • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
    • High level of proficiency with PeopleSoft
    • Experience working with Human Resources team
