Aon Is Looking For an Investment Operations Business Analyst in Chicago, IL
Responsibilities include:
Business Analysis for large institutional clients
Commission recapture
Invoicing
Ad-hoc requests supporting operations and/or client service teams
Coordinating the opening of accounts at various custodians
Maintaining/Updating project milestones and timelines and various tracking spreadsheets
Compiling information for disclosure requirements
Taking point for ensuring all required documentation retained and stored
Follow up communications to team members on deliverables
Preparation of subscription documentation and various purchase/sale directions
Assist with coordination between various teams
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
Investment operations experience
Desire to work in fast paced rapidly growing department
Ability to work independently or with a team
Execution focus, ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and resolve issues.
Outstanding sense of ownership, urgency and drive
Excellent analytical and communication skills
High attention to detail
Outstanding organizational and proofing skills
Excellent Word and Excel skills
Project management experience
