WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
Revantage's IT Operation teams is at the beginning of its journey towards developing strong ITSM capabilities and maturity. This role will directly interface with and assist the SVP of IT Operations to create the vision, strategy, design and ultimately the execution and rollout of these processes and underlying technology capabilities utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities:
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
Assist in the development and design of the roadmap and strategy for ITSM capability development and maturation.
Act as a discussion partner and co-innovator on all related ITSM process developments.
Build and write Epics and User Stories to enable the ServiceNow development team to code and configure the underlying technology to enable and deliver on desired outcomes
Provide leadership and guidance on all aspects related to ITSM capability development and maturation for Revantage IT including, but not limited to, Requirements Analysis and design, writing Epics and User Stories and performing end user acceptance training.Work with our Portfolio Companies and Technology leaders to define strategic and tactical requirements of the organization to fulfill the business needs.
Act as a Program/Project manager to drive enabling/supporting teams to produce needed deliverables
Serve as an "evangelist" for general ITIL concepts, ITSM growth and new process instnatioation, and enlist support and followership for our end users and supporting departments
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required:
Minimum 7 of years experience
IT Process Design expertise and experience
ITSM expertise and experience in designing and deploying the ITSM processes and underlying technology supporting it
Strong knowledge of ITIL concepts and their pragmatic application
The ability to communicate to diverse sets of IT personnel at differing levels from front line individual contributors to executives
The ability to enlist "followership" from multiple departments and customer bases
Strong knowledge and proven experience with Organizational Change Management
Strategic planning and the ability to translate vision into objectis, milestones, project deliverables, etc.
Strong relationship development skills
Understanding the needs for and the ability to deliver upon "consumerizing" corporate end users' experience with IT
Strong written and verbal communication that flexes to the audience's needs and levels
Prior experience implementing change management, asset management, customer portal, request management, etc in ServiceNow and across IT teams and customer/business teams
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in related field
