What you'll do on a typical day:Build industry-changing applications for multiple business units across the enterprise Manage a team of developers and development team leads to build ASP.NET, SQL and mobile applications Oversee project timelines, scope and delivery Set design guidelines and work on wireframes and business requirements Coordinate with business stakeholders on projectsWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience5 years of development experience, managing developers spread across the world in different time zones and managing projects using agile and scrum methodologies Experience with the fundamentals of Micro Services, C#, .NET, databases, build processes and web and mobile developmentOverall SDLC experience including Test driven development, QA and DevOps/AIOps ProcessesIt'd be great if you also have:Cloud computing preferably GCP/AZURE as well as experienced in migrating applications to the cloud Experience implementing software and building processes and tools, including LiquiBase, GitHub, Jira, etc. Experience in a startup environment Ability to motivate, inspire and drive a team of developers Solid time and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloads Be part of something big.XPO is a leading provider of world-class solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
