WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
You have expertise leading strategy development, with an emphasis on innovation and growth strategies, in partnership with global organizations across multiple industries, including commercial, public and nonprofit segments
You have a breadth of experience that spans a few of the following: corporate and business unit strategy, strategic planning, corporate development, due diligence, strategic alliances, international partnerships, business model innovation, and product R&D, product management
You have successfully architected strategy solutions and advised and led organizations through the development and implementation of long-term growth strategies
You are an expert in analytical models and tools, and have high proficiency in the creation of financial models to evaluate investment trade-offs decisions.
You are comfortable with complex market research, benchmarking and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data to support a business decision narrative or conclusions
You have experience shaping strategic observations and insights to the needs and communication style of senior executives.
You are an expert in the application of human-centered design methods to strategy formulation.
You understand the landscape of emerging technology, tools and platforms and how it can enable growth strategy.
You have experience helping organizations leverage digital technology to enable growth objectives.
You are familiar with a variety of strategic frameworks including classical, adaptive, shaping and visionary as well as applying to particular industries and companies.
Strong working knowledge of established and new business models, revenue streams, and cost structures
Extensive experience interacting directly with C-level clients and stakeholders
Demonstrated track record building and sustaining relationships with client executives and developing and winning business opportunities in multiple industries
Proven experience architecting strategy solutions and delivering profitable strategy engagements.
Demonstrated track record of impactful leadership and contribution to strategy services sales/business development efforts in a professional services environment
Made meaningful business contributions to clients/customers in a variety industries and geographies
Earned an MBA or equivalent
