United States: Industry: Food & Beverage Products / ServicesRelocation Paid: Yes: Will Recruit From: Nationwide Job Description: Our client is a CPG Market Leader and they seek an experienced Engineering Project Manager to plan and coordinate medium to large capital projects from concept to completion. Manage a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It may extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout. Coordinate and manage resources, both personnel (e.g., other project engineers, technicians, contractors etc.) and funding, to ensure the project or mission fulfills and meets the set objectives defined within the approved scope. Develop and facilitate multiple $5+MM capital projects with requiring multidisciplinary teams of up to 20 people. The projects will be multi-location and could be US-based as well as International. Oversee and manage all aspects of project management including scope, cost estimates, and scheduling across both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will have extensive interaction with equipment vendors, construction contractors, engineering services contractors, local / state / federal government, and co-manufacturers. The successful candidate will have a deep working knowledge of Consumer Packaged Goods technology and its application to include taking a product from concept to production. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree - Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).
• 8+ yrs Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical and / or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry manufacturing experience.
• 4+ yrs experience managing large multi-million dollar capital projects (with budgets of $5M upwards) from concept to completion.
• Extensive experience in CPG processing, project management and maintenance engineering.
• Extensive experience in designing, and installation of CPG packaging equipment and systems, a plus.
• Formal project management training/certifications, a plus.
• The candidate must possess excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Travel is project-based and requires the ability to travel 75% (travel to plants, vendors, etc.) - National and / or international travel - predominantly USA travel.
