Job description

The Deamer Group is currently in search of an experienced Recruiter to help staff over 300 openings for our growing Chicagoland client. The in-house Recruiter will be identifying and interviewing prospective candidates and placing top talent professionals. Position Summary:

The Recruiter will work under the direction of the National Client Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for in-house staffing and recruitment including talent pipeline management. The Recruiter will use various methods for identifying top talent such as job advertisements, resume banks, social media, and professional networking events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact prospective candidates
  • Present the Aspire value-proposition
  • Understand and address talent acquisition needs
  • Contact prospective candidates via phone, email
  • Interview via phone and web interview
  • Provide candidate management using a consultative approach
  • Create, edit and post job descriptions
  • Use social media to identify prospective candidates and promote the organization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years of large scale hiring, contract or in-house
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite /Excel and ATS experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative approach that presents ideas effectively
  • Well organized with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities with excellent follow through required
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Honest and works with integrity always
  • Team player and open to suggestions to improve results
