Job description
Project Manager Requirements. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. you also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.
PROJECT MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
· lead the planning and implementation of project
· facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
· define project tasks and resource requirements
· develop full scale project plans
· assemble and coordinate project staff
· manage project budget
· manage project resource allocation
· plan and schedule project timelines
· generate and qualify leads
· source and develop client referrals
· prepare sales action plans and strategies
· schedule sales activity
· develop and maintain a customer database
· develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
· plan and conduct direct marketing activities
· make sales calls to new and existing clients Outside sales rep for a remodeling company. We will provide the leads and the rep will need to go out and meet with clients.
During the initial consultation meetings, sales rep will need to take measurements, photos & send proposals. If a job is approved the sales rep will need to manage the project as well.
We are looking for motivated, excited, responsible & dedicated people.
Experience is not a must (We will train in house if necessary).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
