Kenway Consulting is a Management and IT consulting firm looking to expand our growing staff. Your strengths in technical and functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform are needed to assess customer requirements and architecture to design solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact with our world-class clients.

Our projects tend to focus primarily on enterprise solutions, straddling our clients' technology and business organizations. Our solution-based approach leverages the diverse combination of skills and experience of our staff. We strive to provide the highest possible quality work product delivered by our dynamic and collaborative consultants.

Average Total Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000

Average Annual Performance Bonus: $30,000

Experience Preferences

Experience is not needed across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and guidance to build additional skills

• Collaboration with client stakeholders to create well-architected solutions mapping to customer requirements.
• Oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
• Leading of technical design sessions including writing, scoping and sizing technical user stories, writing technical architecture and technical design documents.
• Managing the delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
• Coaching team members and acting as build master where required.

Preferred Technologies

Experience is not needed across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and guidance to build additional skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, React, and other technologies to architect and build customized solutions
• Salesforce REST, SOAP, platform events, experience with SAML, SSO, security tools, TLS and SSL
• ESB or iPaaS technology for integrations
• Data integration tools, UI/UX experience, and deployment methodologies
• Git and version control

** This role will be remote until the city of Chicago provides more guidelines around Covid-19 reopening's. Once the city re-opens and our clients return to their physical locations, the expectation is that Kenway Consultants will need to live/work in the Chicagoland area.
