As a Senior Consultant at Clerestory, you will join our teams in partnering with global corporations, midsize companies and entrepreneurial organizations across a variety of industries. You will solve big business problems by developing strategic and memorable recommendations for solutions that reduce costs, increase profitability, improve performance and transform businesses. Together, we will get to the root cause of our clients' challenges and respond quickly with tactical solutions that build operational infrastructure for change by applying our proven skills in:

Requirements

Client Development

* Contribute to delivery teams on large and strategic projects by supporting Managers, Senior Managers and VPs in partnering with executives and decision-makers to develop, communicate and implement recommendations
* Participate in developing proposals, statements of work, and client presentations for new business opportunities
* Contribute to work plans, risk assessments, change readiness assessments and cost-benefit analyses for new prospects
* Develop substantive analyses and creative alternative ideas that solve key issues on complex, multi-layered projects
* Collaborate with client teams to implement Clerestorys recommendations while demonstrating professional poise with clients
* Interface with all levels of management both internally and at client sites
* Assume ownership for client deliverables and manage individual and team utilization to ensure that project deliverables are generated in a timely manner
* Attend networking events and business-related social events

Staff Development

* Coach other consultants and provide performance feedback
* Participate in the development and delivery of Clerestorys training curriculum
* Actively participate in recruiting and retaining exceptional consultants

Firm Development

* Identify new opportunities at current and targeted clients
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of Clerestorys methodologies, training curriculum, knowledge assets and marketing content
* Assist with analyses of Requests for Proposals

Desired Experience:

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree
* Minimum of 4 - 8 years of applicable, project-based business experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional poise and business maturity
* Strong analytical skills
* Experience developing business cases and cost/benefit analyses
* Experience with one or more of the following: mapping business processes, contributing to the design of high-performing organizations, implementing technology solutions, developing training programs
* Ability and personal charisma to earn respect and influence decisions
* Attention to detail in the context of the big picture
* Ability to work well under deadline pressure
* Willing and able to travel to client locations (local, suburban, and out-of-town) as required by client project activities
