Job description
We are building a global team of client-centric consultants to front, promote and drive growth for our productised custom solutions leveraging advanced analytics, technology and visualisation. This is an amazing opportunity for a senior and driven individual to join the team and become the go-to-person in the Americas, and a leader on client delivery and engagement for some of our custom work. You will help clients think through their industry landscape to identify and prioritise growth opportunities that are buried within our market data. This includes sizing the price, providing full market context, setting go-to-market strategy, benchmarking competitors and helping clients measure and track their own performance.
Our team uses technology, visualization, and analytical tools to surface actionable insights from our Passport and Via databases and answer our clients' critical business questions faster. We work across FMCG and B2B sectors, including Food & Drinks, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Government, Home & Technology, Packaging and more. Working with our analytics and tech experts, you will
* Drive projects that integrate the above methodologies to consolidate and digest vast volumes of data and support sound business decisions.
* Lead the commercial promotion and end-to-end delivery of products and analysis that help our clients stay relevant in their fast-changing environment
* Be the face of some of our flagship consulting engagements, working with some of our largest blue-chip accounts, consultancies, and governments. Delivering nimble solutions under short timelines is key to the role.
* Be expected to re-imagine market research and create new delivery frameworks with global and repeatable relevance, thus, aligning to our vision to responsibly shape tomorrows world by challenging perceptions and inspiring new ideas.
* Career progression could include more senior roles in people management, practice management and as an expert individual contributor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Participate in revenue driving activities to increase penetration for our solutions e.g., create collateral; promote products with clients and the internal teams; explain solutions and relate their business value to prospective clients; create and nurturing strong relationships, etc.
* Work end-to-end from solution design to project execution and delivery.
* Efficient project setup of custom work using our full range of existing and new capabilities in data engineering, technology, visualisation and data science.
* Collaborate with our analytics, technology and research teams to deliver high quality results on projects by generating insight and solutions to our clients problems.
* Translate the proposed solution and scope into data visualization and storytelling in final client deliverables.
Requirements

* Masters degree in business management, marketing or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in client-facing positions leading to the development of strong commercial awareness.
* A true team player, collaborative and transparent that can work in and/or manage international teams and projects.
* 3+ years of experience managing consulting and custom research methods and products. Exposure to analytics studies (dashboards, web scraping, data science or automation) is an advantage.
* Experience presenting, interacting, and working with clients at executive level.
* An analytical and strategic thinker. A problem-solver, who is challenged by having to come up with a Plan B.
* Excellent communication skills, especially around breaking down complex concepts into digestible and relevant points for clients and colleagues.
* A true team player, collaborative and transparent that can work in and/or manage international teams and projects.
* Flexible attitude to working hours given the need to work across global teams.
