Our client, a rapidly growing health system is seeking an ambitious Senior Director of Finance! The position will manage a staff and have growth into a CFO position within 6-12 months. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

The Senior Director of Finance is responsible for successful performance of all financial functions including financial analysis and forecasting, management reporting analytics, budgeting, financial statement preparation and monthly accruals, variance and analysis and performance improvement, long-term financial and capital planning. The Senior Director of Finance shall, as the case may be, continually assess the needs of the group and recommend the appropriate infrastructure and organizational reporting relationships necessary to operate in a financially responsible manner. The Senior Director of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be expected to play a critical role in the organization's growth, development and financial performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• MBA or CPA preferred
• Healthcare experience required
• 7+ years senior level financial management experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
