Ready to leave Public Accounting? Our Fortune 500 client is hiring! Bring your Public Accounting experience into a Finance Development Program as a Senior Financial Analyst. This individual will have the opportunity to participate in four, six-month rotations across FP&A, External Reporting, Corporate Audit, and Consolidations.

Description

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Prepare external reporting requirements, including the 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K filings and various earning presentations for the companies earnings call
  • Review purchases related to the disclosures for new acquisitions
  • Perform research and analysis on various accounting related issues
  • Assist in corporate accounting processes
  • Review monthly financial statements
  • Collaborate with various departments on ad hoc projects, including Consolidations, Accounting, and FP&A
  • Perform various financial reporting projects as desired

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA or progression towards CPA a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in Public Accounting
  • SEC clients required
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
