We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our rapidly growing global workforce based in Chicago. In this role, you will manage all financial analysis and reporting across global departments. A strong candidate for this position will be familiar with working in a very fast-paced environment and enjoys the responsibility of ensuring financial competency and growth.

Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain detailed financial and operating models to adapt and cooperate with the rapidly growing business

Analyze past and current data, trends, and performance indicators and use that information to drive efficient and wise financial decisions

Proactively identify areas of improvement and implement innovative and cost-saving operational solutions

Understand the global impact of financial decisions based on the stakeholders' strategy

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast reports

Perform detailed analysis of and review global cashflow, expenses, and trends

Understand global environmental factors that affect the business model

Drive the efficiency of the Finance Department and collaborate with leadership to ensure cross-functional consistency

Evaluate current financial models and provide actionable goals and insights to assist in key decision-making

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline; an MBA is preferred

3+ years of experience in a Finance role; FinTech industry experience highly preferred

In-depth understanding of Cash Equities, Fixed Income, and Capital Markets' business

Experience with cashflow management and forecasting global budgets

Previous experience using Tableau, SAP, and Salesforce

Excellent ability to solve complex financial issues and desire to find innovative solutions

High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment
