Overview:
Senior Technical Consultant (API)

As a Senior API Consultant, you will work closely with our customers, manage expectations, and respond effectively to resolve escalations quickly. You will manage technical and application integration processes and serve as main contact point with customers with regarding to all API activities.

Responsibilities:
Communicate with external parties when necessary to coordinate development between organizations.

Capable of API delivery end to end which includes Planning, Design, Development, Testing, and Delivery of API(s).

Manage creation and deployment of API design strategies and framework.

Manage external developer engagements and solve complex technical connectivity issues

Effectively communicate expectations, issues, risks, and decisions to all stakeholders related to API implementation.

Proactively identify API usage issues and resolve escalations

Become a Subject Matter Expert in our API processes with clients

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or other related field

3+ years' relevant work experience in API development and deployment

Strong communication skills and ability to interface with both internal and external parties, both written and oral

Strong understanding of APIs

3+ years of experience working with both technical (developers) and non-technical customers

3+ Years of experience with HTML, JSON, XML, SQL, etc.
