Job description

Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Integrated System Marketing, the Specialist I, Integrated Systems Marketing supports the creation and implementation of channel marketing strategy and programs to our channel partners (including Distributors, System Integrators and Consultants) in Corporate, Government and Education segments.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, development, execution, and coordination of all aspects of channel marketing enablement activities so that partners are equipped and competent to market and sell Shure's solutions autonomously.

Work with global marketing team to identify, leverage and adapt Shure's marketing campaigns that can be appropriately deployed by Channel Partners in various local markets.

Plan and support the marketing cooperation fund and ensure the fund claim is timely.

Monitor and help provide guidance to distributors on the local marketing activities and drive for brand consistency, ensure the validity of product / marketing messages in distributors' communication plan

Act as knowledge source for the Marketing team for Salesforce and provide day-to-day support, plus ad-hoc support for Salesforce sales operation questions

Setup Salesforce campaigns and supporting campaign functionality

Review outcomes in Salesforce to confirm accuracy and identify next steps if gaps are discovered

Support email marketing and marketing automation processes, including list management and email sends

Helps with the end-to-end production process for email campaigns, as well as suggested methods for optimization

Support the development of social, learned, email, web, and paid channels for marketing campaigns.

Create Pardot forms, landing pages, and automated emails

Support the planning and execution of trade shows and events by partnering with internal Shure teams on the creation of graphics, social media, and web presence

Ensure timely payment for tradeshow and event vendors

Provide on-site support at tradeshows and events as needed

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Entry Level to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.

Basic experience in Salesforce/Marketing Cloud/ Pardot

Functional knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and HTML

Basic project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple teams at the same time.

Able to apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

Able to follow standard instructions, practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data

Basic interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate constructive discussion and challenge opposing viewpoints when necessary.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Candidate must be pro-active, self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excel at taking initiative, working independently, and seeing projects through to successful completion.

U.S. travel is required for this position (up to 10% of time).
