Job description
Direct all aspects of Company's talent acquisition, development and planning functions. Develop and continually evaluate talent acquisition strategies, processes and tools for the organization to ensure the attraction and successful onboarding of high performing, diverse, talent. Build and execute talent pipeline strategies to equitably grow talent from entry level to key leadership positions including the development and maintenance of leadership competencies, training and mentoring programs, leadership coaching and succession planning processes. Serve as an HR Partner for assigned departments to provide consultation and guidance across the full spectrum of human resources processes, programs and issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ongoing maintenance of a clear and compelling employee value proposition that aligns with Company's mission and values and articulates the critical elements of Company's culture. Guide the ongoing development and maintenance of leadership competencies that clearly articulate the behaviors needed to support Company's employee value proposition and mission centered culture.
- Develop a broad set of candidate attraction and sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse candidate pipeline for the critical functions, positions and skill sets required to fulfill Company's mission. This includes the engagement of leadership within the organization to identify networks and professional organizations that foster the attraction of diverse talent across a range of disciplines. This also includes identification of specialized search firms to help source diverse candidates as needed.
- Direct the development and execution of a best in class, equity focused, recruiting process providing hands-on guidance and facilitation as needed for hiring managers. This includes clear and inclusive selection criteria, development of candidate sourcing strategies focused on diverse talent, identification of an appropriate interview team, screening of resumes, candidate screening/interviews, facilitating structured interview debrief sessions to ensure data-based candidate selection anchored in specific selection criteria and coordinating the offer and acceptance process.
- Direct the development and delivery of a broad range of training, mentoring and development programs designed to promote the equitable growth and development of staff and support the achievement of Company's mission and strategic priorities.
- Develop, administer and facilitate processes to ensure the growth of strong talent pipelines including the annual talent review process and leadership development and coaching programs. Execute overall talent development strategy to align with business objectives relating to diversity goals, succession management and leadership development.
- Provide human resources consulting and support to assigned departments to ensure the effective implementation of HR processes and programs, equitable resolution of employee relations issues and effective delivery of HR solutions.
- Direct the development of best in class onboarding processes and programs to ensure the effective orientation of new team members, the rapid development of strong relationships and a deep understanding of the history and culture of the Company Network.
- Direct the development and implementation of practices and programs that promote organization effectiveness in areas such as change management, collaboration and strengthening team communication and relationships.
- Working in partnership with the HR operations team develop measurement systems to evaluate the effectiveness of all major talent management functions including acquisition, growth, retention and the achievement of equity, diversity and inclusion goals.
- Direct the development and annual execution of internship and fellow programs with a focus on providing opportunities to support the development and growth of diverse talent and identifying opportunities to build long lasting employment relationships at Company.
- Serve as the lead coach and trainer for senior leadership (vice president level) developing and supporting the delivery of a training and coaching curriculum that builds skills and strengthens relationships within this cohort of leaders.

Required Technical Competencies, Experience & Certifications
- Twelve years progressive human resources experience with at least 6 years focused specifically on talent management disciplines including recruiting, development and training working at all levels of the organization.
- Fundamental understanding of recruiting and employment branding practices and demonstrated experience developing recruiting strategies, processes and tools with a focus on building high quality, diverse, candidate pools. Knowledge and comfort with building and maintaining structured, competency-based interview processes. Strong process facilitation skills working with diverse interview teams.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing career planning, leadership development, coaching and training processes and programs.
- Hands on experience working with leaders and teams to improve effectiveness and build positive work culture including the design and delivery of team assessments and team effectiveness workshops.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated success leveraging talent metrics to inform and improve the design and implementation of talent solutions.
- Experience providing direct human resources support to senior leaders including employee relations and HR solutions implementation.
