Job description

The Marketing and Business Development Coordinator is a key member of BLDD Architects' Marketing and Business Development team that produces, organizes, and develops internal and external branded communications. Our M/BD team is a small but highly skilled team of professionals. We promote and communicate to staff, clients, and the public the efforts, aspirations, and outcomes of the architecture and design team, with the ultimate goals of generating new business and client care.


This new team member will learn from the best and be challenged to communicate and deliver world-class stories supporting, celebrating, and promoting the firm to current and prospective clients. BLDD has a unique voice and approach in a field that is hard to differentiate. This team member will tell our story in the digital and print world as well as the day-to-day communications that are part and parcel of our firm's work.

Responsibilities:

  • Social media posts and management
  • Website updates
  • Coordination of marketing activities including photoshoots, trade shows, email blasts, and other initiatives as needed.
  • Manage contact lists for business development and branding communications
  • Research potential opportunities in order to gain market intelligence
  • Coordinate with partners and vendors to gather information for RFPs & RFQs
  • Create and distribute internal communications for monthly updates

Qualifications

  • A strong collaborator with outstanding communication skills
  • Great work ethic, energetic and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail, with great organizational skills
  • Proficient in Office Suite. Skills in Adobe Creative Cloud a plus, but not necessary
  • Marketing or digital communications degree preferred
  • Willingness to learn and desire to contribute to team's success
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
