Job description

Innovative Staff Solutions is hiring an Office Assistant for a client in Decatur, IL. This position is primarily responsible for data entry. This is a full time position supporting our client's maintenance department, however it is a short assignment projected to last 6-12 months.

Job Details: Office Assistant

  • $15-$16/HR, based on skillset
  • Monday-Friday work week (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
  • Perform data entry - input contract information, contractor time keeping, etc
  • Performs other assigned duties.

Job Requirements: Office Assistant

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Minimum of 1 year clerical experience
