How will you make an impact?
As a trusted partner to commercial and marketing leaders within our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry division, you will implement processes and programs that increase the efficiency, competence, and global effectiveness of your client groups in this highly visible role.
What will you do:
* Partner with senior leaders in developing HR strategies and initiatives that support strategic objectives.
* Build strong relations between teams to ensure collaboration and alignment.
* Establish, execute, assess and refine talent development initiatives that improve workforce capabilities.
* Responsible for the annual employee performance cycle (PMD), Total Compensation, and the annual Human Resources Review (HRR) processes.
* Ensure compensation and sales incentive plans and practices are attuned to the marketplace.
* Counsels and/or coaches employees and managers regarding employee relations and performance management issues, facilitation of complaints to resolution, in line with local culture and the business and legal environment.
* Ensures data integrity and maintains legally compliance and accurate employee information within existing tools and resources.
* Utilizes HR analytics and people dashboards to drive HR tactics and/or strategy.
* Partners with business leaders to drive employee engagement.
How will you get here?
Education
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required.
* Master's degree or MBA preferred.
* PHR/SPHR and/or other professional certification desirable.
Experience
* Must have 8+ years demonstrable experience in various aspects of human resources
* Track record in guiding and coaching senior leaders with business savviness
* Knowledge and understanding of US labor and employment law and global human resources experience is required
* Validated experience in implementing programs and processes to deliver results
* Exposure to process improvement efforts (i.e. six Sigma, practical process improvement) preferred

* Ability to travel approximately 10-15%
