Job Description:
Safety-Kleen Dolton, IL is looking for a Route Sales and Service Driver to join their safety conscious team! Our Route Sales and Service Drivers service customer locations such as garages, automotive dealerships, quick change oil companies, fleet maintenance facilities, bus companies, etc. and will provide on-site service for parts washer machines. The Route Sales and Service Driver may operate a Class B Tanker Truck or a Box Truck.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times;
  • Switch out 15- & 30-gallon drums of parts cleaning solvent;
  • Pick up 55-gallon containers of various fluids and oil filters;
  • Up-sell at existing customer locations and generate new leads in the field.

What does it take to work for Safety-Kleen?
  • Class B CDL License required, with the ability to obtain endorsements upon hire
  • Previous customer service/ route sales experience an asset
  • Ability to perform labor experience (loading/offloading truck, moving drums, etc.)
  • Ability to use a mobile computer
  • Ability to obtain Hazmat endorsement required.
