Your profile

• Successfully completed a university degree in technology studies or comparable education and training
• Very strong expertise, background and understanding within Solutions project execution and bid management
• Professional experience of several years (> 5) in Engineering, Project Mgt., Bid Mgt. or Construction Mgt.
• Open for new technologies and agile way of working
• Self-propelled person, who enjoys working in start-up type of environment as well as thinking out of the box

Your responsibilities

• Close collaboration and support of Industrial Heat Pumps Business Owner w.r.t. product life cycle mgmt. of respective portfolio elements and its strategy
• Drive with sales project acquisition and business development incl. technical back-up for the sales teams
• Derive based on direct customer interaction respective customer and product requirements
• Ensure technical readiness and competitiveness of respective business field offerings (Industrial Heat Pumps) incl. definition and steering of R&D activities
• Support project bid and execution in close collaboration with sales and BU P&L partners
