Service manager for EHS/QM with PM Skills

Your profile

• Multi-year experience in defining, implementing, operating and managing mid- to large IT-services for business applications, ideally in global settings
• In-depth knowledge / experience of ITIL processes and their implementation in IT service management
• Experience in IT provider management (application management services, cloud services)
• Experience in IT project management
• Good knowledge in EHS related business processes is a plus
• Ideally good knowledge of IT compliance & IT assurance (ITGC)
• Highly customer focused attitude to work with great emphasis on positive outcomes - "Delighting the customer"
• Intercultural & Global exposure, communicate fluently in English (CIBA 4)
• Experience communicating at all levels of management and managing conflict and change

Brief description:

As a trusted partner of the corporate governance for Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), SE IT embarked on an exciting journey to re-define and sharpen the processes and the IT landscape in the EHS area.

Our responsibility as IT is the implementation and operations of a new IT landscape for EHS related applications. This exciting journey provides unique opportunities to further develop, or build up, expertise and knowledge of IT project management and IT service ownership in many areas.

One of the key elements of the future IT landscape for EHS will be a new IT platform which covers major processes of EHS: Sustainability Reporting, Risk Management & Incident Management / Occupational Safety, Hazardous Materials and Audit Management.

We are looking for a strong, experienced professional, eager to join us in this exciting new challenge as the owner and manager of all IT related aspects and topics during implementation and operations of the new platform.

Your responsibilities

As a Service Owner you will define, improve, communicate and implement end-to-end IT service management processes, based on ITIL best practices. In alignment with the service providers and the business key stakeholders you ensure a smooth operation and demand driven development of the IT services. Integrated into our implementation project, you are responsible for the following areas:

• You define & implement the IT services for the new EHS IT core platform in all aspects. For example: service level agreements, budgeting & financial controlling, procurement of IT assets or services, implementation of relevant ITIL processes, provider-contract-SLA management for fully outsourced IT services, demand management and requirement engineering
• As part of the implementation project of the new platform you will ensure a smooth transition into service operations. You will be responsible that the needed functionality is provided, tested and well documented.
• You bring all involved parties together: IT, business function and IT service provider to ensure a common understanding and alignment, while remaining focused on the core business goals and agreed service levels
