Your profile
- Engineering degree
- Good hands-on knowledge of combined cycle power plants (turbines, balance of plant), preferably obtained through several years of commissioning and/or operation experience
- Knowledge of Siemens turbines is an advantage
- Ability to understand DCS functional diagrams and controls.
- Knowledge of T3000 is an advantage
- Experience in working with multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent command of English language both in writing and speaking
- Willingness to travel for on-site trainings
- Strong presentational skills in front of audiences
- Eloquent, convincing, and self-confident appearance
Your responsibilities
- As a Customer Trainer:
- Compilation and editing of BOTs for the turbine(s) and/or and BoP part of the assigned project, by using project specific P&IDs, system description, operating manual, T3000 Software, engineering documents
- On site performance of Basic Operation Trainings. Collect attendance sheets and feedback questionaries
- Cooperation with other trainers and project training managers to clarify and fine-tune training schedules as well as project specific training contents. Clarify interfaces with engineering to obtain necessary documents for training manual compilation
- Providing of a training report and feedback to project training managers and line manager
- As a Technical Writer:
- Compilation and editing of operating manuals for the BoP part of combined cycle power plants by using project specific P&IDS, system descriptions, DCS function diagrams, electrical wiring diagrams, interconnecting diagrams and operating manual modules
- Clarification of changes with site and engineering and implementation of changes/PCMs into the manuals, including check of completeness and relevance of the changes, as well as addition of incomplete technical data
- Updating or development of new standard operating manual modules
- On site performance of the steam turbine training. Collect attendance sheets and feedback questionaries
