Job Summary

We are growing and looking for a full time recruiter role supporting healthcare foodservice. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting and recruiting highly qualified talent. Leverages the understanding of the employment market to communicate market trends and value-added perspective on how to best source and assess talent. Establishes effective relationships with internal customers, internal associates applying for positions and external candidates. Provides excellent customer service to internal clients through effective recruitment tools to satisfy open position requirements and potential new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be a self-starter and self-motivated
• Have the experience to qualify candidates by interviewing and presenting candidates to hiring managers according to OFCCP laws
• Ability to work with a closely integrated team
• Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive and out-going personality
• Ability to write compelling employment ads
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent relationship building skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience can substitute for formal education
• Five plus years recruiting experience, required
• High volume recruiting experience, preferred
• Superior sourcing skills
• Previous experience recruiting foodservice professionals
• Prior experience working with a staffing agency or headhunting firm is required
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR and EEOC policies
• Experience working with diversity initiatives
• Excellent phone skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Outstanding computer competence to include, Internet, MS Office Products, e-mail functions, Adobe Acrobat and knowledgeable of web-
