We are hiring for a Business Analyst (internally known as an Account Analyst) to be located in our Hanover Park, IL. operation. The Business Analyst is a valued contributor to our growth, and will need to be a pro-active, self-starter. In this position, you will have the opportunity to meet clients, build relationships and interact with a diverse set of team members. In this exciting role you will manage numerous work streams relating to account and business operations activities. This role reports into our Business Development Group supporting the efforts of Business Development, Supply Chain and the Executive team, in addition to the Finance Department.

Responsibilities Are, But Not Limited To:

* Support business case analysis
* Manage, interpret and validate data focusing on improving accuracy of analysis
* Manage and track special pricing actions and periodic cost changes, while adherence to approval processes
* Maintain system inputs, updating pricing database as needed (Adaptive Planning)
* Support audit checks on pricing components.
* Maintain central repository for Contracts and to signal out when near contract expiry date.
* Monitor marketing pricing and competitive news
* Provide pro-active alerts and analysis to the account team for major events
* Recommend pricing actions including promotions to drive sales activity
* Demand & Supply process support, including file prep, analysis and validation
* Monthly annuity revenue analysis
* Bid Support Administration

Required Skills

* Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance
* Years of experience: 3+ in Sales/Business Operations, Demand / Supply Analysis, Customer Relationship Management
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PPT
* Effective interpersonal communication and collaboration skills with customers and internal teams
* Ability to manage diverse, multi-task assignments independently and proactively
