The Security Guard is responsible for providing protection and security for hospital building and grounds, employees, patients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
Tours buildings and grounds.

Prepares daily reports and signs log sheets.

Maintains building security.

Assists with helicopter transfers.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent

IAHSS- Certified Healthcare Security Officer, CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute)- Certified Instructor, or State of Illinois Basic Security Officer Certification required within 6 months of hiring.
