We are looking for someone who can help our clients solve their marketing needs. You should have strong interpersonal, communication and closing skills built on a knowledge base and comfort level with data-driven marketing and advertising. You thrive in a fast paced supportive environment and are comfortable serving as the trusted advisor throughout our clients organization.

* Developing close working relationships with assigned clients and vendors.
* Assessing client needs, advising on Experian products, explaining production process and reviewing results with client.
* Ensuring client expectations are met by communicating client objectives with departments and vendors involved in production, utilizing senior staff as needed.
* Providing exceptional quality assurance and attention to detail on all client deliverables.
* Documenting and communicating solutions to internal and external clients in a timely fashion.
* Assisting with the development of presentations for client meetings and visits.
* Remaining current on all products and processing offered.
* Serving as a communication liaison between customers andtechnical staff to ensuredeliverables are met.
* Ability to work independently to complete assigned tasks.
* Supporting communication of status with team members and end users within client expectations.
