Automotive Finance Assistant

As a high-volume Acura dealer in the Chicagoland market, Advantage Acura of Naperville is growing! We are hiring an up-beat, well-organized, professional who can assist our Finance Department improve and enhance our automotive purchase process. The ideal candidate will be a team player, personable, organized, an excellent communicator, and passionate about providing excellent customer experience.

The Finance Assistant will be responsible for the following: processing documents for lenders and vehicle sales, working with customers, office duties and data entry.

Compensation: Ranges $18.00 - $25.00/hr based on experience

Work Schedule: Saturdays plus 4 days during the week

Responsibilities:

• Interact with sales team and sales managers to ensure transactions are completed accurately and to the customers' satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling deliveries with the Finance & Sales Managers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or lease transactions
• Working with customers to collect all required documents
• Assist sales team in billing out deals
• Other assignments and duties as directed by the General Manager that are customarily performed by employees in a similar position

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High-functioning computer skills
• Well-organized and strong attention to detail
• Proficient in various Microsoft Office products: excel, word
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and phone skills
• Prior dealership experience is a bonus
