Position Description: PIMCO's Global People Services TeamPIMCO introduced a Global People Services (GPS) team to deliver a premium HR experience to candidates and employees. The GPS team is responsible for supporting a dynamic range of day-to-day HR activities and plays a critical role in creating a positive and impactful experience for candidates, employees, and alumni.Along with providing support and solutions to a dynamic range of HR inquiries, you will collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption of HR technologies and consistent global operational excellence through delivery and execution. Within this set-up, you will have the opportunity to help inspire change, improve engagement, and deliver a premium HR experience.AskHR AssociateAskHR Associates serve a dynamic role where they are responsible for managing employee inquiries within expected SLAs (service level agreements) and associated performance targets and metrics. The team plays a critical role in providing support and solutions regarding HR processes and programs, while creating a positive and impactful experience for employees globally. They also participate in and manage projects to implement and drive adoption of HR technologies and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include first-line response to employee inquiries, analysis of inquiry-related data and insights on themes to improve the employee experience, and support of various HR processes and programs, including but not limited to those related to global benefits, payroll, mobility, and learning. Positions are located in Newport Beach, CA, and Austin, TX.Recruiting AssociateRecruiting Associates are responsible for managing the coordination of the lateral recruitment efforts at PIMCO and play a critical role in creating a positive and impactful experience for candidates. Our team collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and external vendors to hire top tier talent for the organization. Responsibilities include interview scheduling, coordination, facilitation of in-person and virtual interviews, data entry, and general support for a team of recruiters in the end-to-end hiring process. Positions are located in Newport Beach, CA, Austin, TX, and New York, NY.HR Business Partner/Employee Relations AssociateHR Business Partner/Employee Relations Associates will partner closely with the HR Business Partners and Employee Relations team to support PIMCO talent globally. PIMCO's HR Business Partners consult with business leaders to design and implement people strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent and foster inclusive and diverse teams. HR Business Partners collaborate with the broader HR team on initiatives related to talent management, organizational design, compensation and workforce planning. Our Employee Relations team acts as advisors for the HR team for any aspect of employment related risk, provides oversight and governance for employment related policies, oversees immigration program management, and partners on special projects such as legislative or regulatory change projects. The GPS HRBP/ER Associate will provide program execution and day to day support related to these efforts. Positions are located in Newport Beach, CA. Position Requirements: Desired Candidates Should Possess the Following Characteristics: Receive an accredited degree no later than December 31, 2021 0-5 years of minimum experience. Translatable work experience may be in customer service, event management, program management, admission, student activities, resident life, orientation leader, etc. Excel in a fast paced, accuracy-is-essential work enviornment Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel Affinity for technology, ability to think with a tech mindset, and interest in HR technologies such as Workday and ServiceNow Confirmed ability to provide excellent customer service Act with a sense of urgency, accountability, and ownership of responsibilities Ability to handle confidential information professionally and appropriately High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness Ability to handle and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously Willingness to embrace new HR technologies and changing processes < Back to search results
