The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Global Director of Human Resources. This role is highly visible within the company having accountability for salaried professional recruitment and on-boarding.

  • Bachelor's degree required in Business, HR, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience recruiting professional roles required
  • Previous experience developing content for social media platforms such LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions that are in alignment with the overall company strategy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment required
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to create sourcing and on-boarding methods
  • An appreciation and respect for the diversity of all individuals in the workplace along with modeling the Company's values of integrity, teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
