ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR:officially we title this job an Admissions Coordinator, but in other centers it may be called an Admissions Directoror Intake Coordinator.

Your goal is ensure a smooth transition into our center for our "guests" and ensuring the required paperwork and regulations are followed to make it happen quickly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide clients (prospective residents, their families and referral sources) with facility and program specific information via community outreach and networking, facility video tours, personal visits and presentations.
* Evaluate and assess potential patients for clinical appropriateness
* Pre-authorization paperwork and ability to calculate Medicare days
* Coordinate the admissions process and ensure appropriate placement & admission documentation.
