Pyramid Hotel Group is fast growing leader in hotel management and seeks a strong, experienced leader to grow along with our company, and to be a part of the culture that puts its people first.

Due to recent growth, we have begun searching for a Regional Director of Human Resources to be based out of our Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel which boasts 263 guest rooms and suites and over 13,000 square feet of meeting space!

In this High Impact role, the Regional Director of Human Resources will act as an HR consultant to a select group of hotels in which they will visit and give advice, counsel and also perform company sanctioned HR audits on a quarterly basis. They will also from time to time participate in Hotel Acquisition activities as directed by the company. It is anticipated that no more than 25% of their time will be devoted to time away from their base hotel. At their base hotel they shall report to that hotel's Vice President Managing Director where the Regional Director of Human Resources is responsible for ensuring the efficient administration and management of all human resources functions including:

  • Recruiting
  • Training
  • Employee relations
  • Wage & benefit administration
  • Worker's compensation management
  • Compliance with statuary requirements
  • Budgeting and the coordination of related activities in order to provide each department with the personnel, guidance, and support necessary to achieve their customer service and business objectives


The ideal Regional Director of Human Resources candidate will bring the following required, desired and optional assets to the company:
  • Thrives in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • 6-8 years Human Resources experience required with a minimum of five years experience at the Director Level.
  • Knowledge of Federal & State laws pertaining to HR
  • Strong employee relations experience
  • Hospitality experience required
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & organization skills
  • Ability to multitask in demanding environment
  • Microsoft Office skills required
  • Kronos and iCims experience desirable
  • Payroll knowledge required
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Regional experience highly desired
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent education/experience required
