What you will do

Come join our ACVS (Access Control & Video products) team where we are making the world a safer place.

Our team is currently in growth mode and is focused on Access Control & Video surveillance products.

How You will do it

  • Work alongside and collaborate with the regional brand leaders and will exclusively be calling on the end user customers.
  • Be part of a high-performing team and culture for the purpose of achieving company goals and delivering consistent results.
  • Must demonstrate high level of business acumen, ability to negotiate with C-Level executives in generating multi-million dollar global Request for Proposals (RFP's).
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Plan and direct sales force activities to maximize profit from all segments of the market.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Provide valuable input to Product Managers that shape our product roadmaps both short and long-term.
  • Collaborate with and influences leaders from cross functional departments including R&D, Product Management and Operations expressing our strengths and/or opportunities in the market to pivot for greater success
  • Timely and accurate information relative to business performance and market conditions: eg. Forecasting, Business Plans, Periodic Business Reviews
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through proposals and presentations.


What we look for

Required
  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrate success in managing region and districts of people distributed geographically.
  • Exceptional track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that have consistently met or exceeded planned objectives.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic planning, finance, problem solving and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with other department heads and staff members at all levels of the organization to create a team-oriented environment.
  • Highly effective time management skills and ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Job requires approximately 50% travel.
