KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Work closely with Resource Manager and various Departmental Stakeholders to define resource needs and structure the recruitment/interview process for each.
  • Contribute to crafting the company's talent acquisition strategies
  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
  • Organize and maintain all communications with candidates
  • Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
  • Use skill assessment tools to screen candidates
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that our company maintains a positive reputation as an employer (for example on Glassdoor, LinkedIn and social media)
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
  • Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill



Preferred Requirements & Skills:


  • 1+ years of experience as a working as a Corporate or IT Staffing Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews)
  • A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person
  • Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in demanding, fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
  • Experience with social media recruiting
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in quickly changing environments
