Position Overview:
The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that team members are following company policies and procedures, which are designed to enable fast oil changes and positive customer experiences. It is vital that every customer leaves with a smile, which is why taking care of the customer is the Store Manager's top priority. The Store Manager's primary goal is growing the store location by increasing car counts and building fleet business, an inevitable outcome if the Store Manager properly teaches and enforces company policies and procedures.
This position also comes with additional, future opportunities. It is one of the first managerial positions with Take 5 Indiana, LLC, which will soon be opening a handful of Take 5 Oil Change stores in Central Indiana. Assistance from ownership will occur daily, and high performers will be recognized accordingly. Responsibilities:
Team Development: The Store Manager is responsible for developing a team and maintaining a positive culture. The Store Manager must train the Assistant Store Manager on all Store Manager roles and responsibilities and be extremely intentional with developing all team member through testing and training. The Store Manager is only as successful as the team he or she assembles and manages.
Inspection: The Store Manager is responsible for inspecting the premises at frequent intervals to evaluate the store's compliance with company policies and procedures. The Store Manager will inspect facility appearance (inside and out), equipment condition, and inventory organization, among other items. Inspection results will be documented and then reviewed with management to help cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in the store location.
General Management: The Store Manager prepares the work schedule, assigns work positions, conducts opening and closing procedures, directs cleaning, maintenance and overall upkeep and supervises the team in all business operations.
Reporting: The Store Manager completes daily, financial paperwork, maintains accurate inventory, and manages employee files. The Store Manager will also be highly involved in identifying areas of opportunity for increased store performance and designing and implementing initiatives in response.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
- While on the job, employees must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc for extended periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
